A Little Tummy Time

I couldn't stop snapping these pictures of Benson. He was so happy after his nap to be hanging out on his tummy. Wow, doesn't he look just like his Dad? Sometimes I look at him and can't help but smile and giggle. He looks so much like Bryce! It seems I didn't have anything to do with this baby. I only carried him for 9 months and was in labor for 30+ hours to get him here ;)

Have a great weekend!

Benson Grins . . . A Little

I have been trying to get Benson smiling on camera for a while now. I have been quite unsuccessful because he just stares at the light when I turn on the camera and turns off his smiles. Here is a quick view of a smile. I guess if you want to see more you have to come to Colorado and visit *wink*. Enjoy!

Great Grandma Hamblin

This picture will always be a treasure. My Grandma Hamblin is 87 years old and still as lovely and as wonderful as I remember her. She isn't quite as spry, but she gets along marvelously. I grew up next door to my Grandma and I love her dearly and am so happy that I could see her at the reunion this year. Here she is holding Benson and he even gave her a grin to let her know that he loves her just as much as his Mom.

Benson Stolen From Emmers Blog

I only got one picture of Benson @ my family reunion in Ekalaka and then my battery went dead. But, my sister Emily got a few that she posted on her blog and I wanted to share them with all because they are adorable. I have very cute baby and very cute sister, niece, and nephew. Wouldn't you agree?! Taylee loved Benson and was the best little babysitter I could have asked for. She was most diligent in her duties when told to watch Benson and make sure that he didn't roll off the couch. Benson was just beginning to smile a tad when we were in Ekalaka and Taylee could always elicit a grin. He loved her as much as she loved him.

Rohne loved the baby too. He didn't love him for as long as Taylee because Benson wasn't extremely exciting. But, he loved him a lot still the same.

Not sure about my face in this picture. I must have been thinking hard or squinting from the sun. Who knows. As long as I have on that over sized t-shirt that is super flattering and lovely everything is A-OK.

It was nice to have someone want to hold the baby. Holly was always up for the task. And might I say she is lovely isn't she. Plus, Missy is keeping watch on all of us from the background. What a faithful pup.

WOW. A face that not only a Mother could love. Who wouldn't melt at the sign of this adorable guy.
