Patch of Punkins 2012

We really love the Tigges Farm pumpkin patch.  Its cute, quaint, and there are kitties running around that I want to keep forever!  Benson was much happier this year that last.  He ran around the patch yelling.  "Punkin...Yay!"

 He wouldn't look at the camera in any of the pics, because it was quite sunny and bee-u-tee-fool!

Benson wanted me to share in his wagon ride.  Score!  It was super fun to have Bryce pull us around the paths lined with those lovely orange squash. I did grow my own pumpkins this year, but I will never stop this tradition.  I love it too much.

Again, very sunny and hard to look into the camera.

C is for Corn!

 Oh how I love the Fall!  Our friends had fall break this week and we went to a fun pumpkin patch/corn maze place.  Benson quite thoroughly enjoyed the corn box.

 Friends!  I told Benson to say cheese and they all jumped int he picture.  So cute and fun.

 Loved throwing it in the air.  I found corn in every corner of his clothing and diaper after this.

 The front yard and driveway are way more fun than the backyard where there is a fence and no traffic.

 So So sad that Daddy has left for work.

Wearing Mom's shirt ALL DAY.  He wouldn't take it off until I bribed him with chips.  :)  Good parenting.

Nana Comes To Town

 My Mom has been a traveler the past month.  I was lucky enough to get her twice in her travels.  I know it is unfair to some of my other siblings who didn't get to see her at all, but I was still so grateful to have some Mom time.  Benson was even more happy to have Nana time.

 Benson wanted Nana to comfort him.  

 And because of Nana's visit.  Bryce and I were able to see the musical Memphis in Denver and stay the night in a hotel.  The first night we have ever been away from Benson.  Bryce looks annoyed I know, but I think he had a good time.  I had the time of my life.

 The Performing Arts Center in Denver is really cool.  This pic is blurry and you cant see all the coolness, but it is impressive and glitzy. 

 

 Mom and I were also able to have a night out.  And we went to a favorite place of ours...Joann Fabric and Crafts.  Embarrassing, NO!  Awesome.

Summer 2012 Continues

 Oh my goodness.  Can you say baby model!  How handsome is this boy?!  Wow.

 Oh golly, he sure looks like his Dad.  Both outrageously handsome.

Our most recent trip to Idaho, we decided to stop half-way at Little America and stay.  It was heaven.  Benson thought the Dino was the best part of the trip.  I thought the best part was not having to drive 10 hours in one day.

My little sister Whitney came to visit for a few days.  We went to the outdoor movie @ Centerra.  They gave out complimentary popcorn and cotton candy.  Benson was in heaven.
